Business administrators possess versatile skills applicable across diverse sectors, including public, private, and charitable organisations, regardless of size. Their role involves independently or collaboratively developing, implementing, and enhancing administrative services. They cultivate skills for managerial progression while engaging with various parts of the organisation and internal/external customers. Focused on adding value, they enhance organizational efficiency by supporting functional areas, fostering teamwork, and resolving issues. Adaptability fosters skill diversity, emphasising efficient and integrity-driven task delivery with a positive attitude. Effective communication, proactivity in skill development, initiative, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and potential mentoring/coaching abilities characterise their responsibilities.
The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.
Coursework:
Creation of a portfolio of learning demonstrating learning and development activities with their application in the workplace.
Undertakes research and analysis of a workplace project.
Evidence of 360° feedback within the portfolio of learning.
End Point Assessment Gateway:
Completed portfolio of learning.
English and Maths level 2, as a minimum.
Completed workplace project.
Employer confirms apprentice is consistently working at or above the level of standard.
